Our team of experienced and certified fitness trainer are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. We offer personalized diet plans and also provide fitness sessions to companies and their employees.

WE ARE SINCE 23 YEARS IN THIS FIELD

  1. Assessments and Documentation: We will conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the individual health needs of your employees, each employee will have their own File. File will contain their Nutrition Assessments, Medical Assessments, Fitness Assessments, Injury Assessments (If any), Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy Assessments, Mental Strength Assessments. This will help us tailor our approach to address specific concerns.

  2. Personal Counselling and Mental Health: We will provide personalized one-on-one counselling sessions to address stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues, fostering a healthier mindset.

  3. Diet Planning and Rehabilitation: We will create customized diet plans to ensure employees are nourishing their bodies optimally. In case of injuries, we will work closely with to aid in rehabilitation     

  4. Cardiac Strength and Physical Exercise: Our program will focus on improving cardiac health through carefully curated exercise routines, ensuring employees are physically fit and resilient.

  5. Regular Sessions and Activities: We will conduct Sessions on Postural awareness, mental health, physiotherapy, and lifestyle changes. Additionally, our program includes group activities such as discussion sessions, sports days, and yoga sessions.

 

Injury Prevention and Body Workout: Through specialized training, we will help prevent injuries (If any) and provide targeted workouts to strengthen and tone the body.

 

Meditation and Relaxation Techniques: Meditation sessions will be incorporated to promote mental relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

 

Yoga and Health Tips: Regular updates on health and wellness, including yoga routines and health tips, will be shared through WhatsApp.
